In its day, the Porsche 917 was one of the world's fastest-ever racing cars, winning the Le Mans 24-hr race in 1970 and '71. It was the first car to ever win a Le Mans race for the team, securing its place in the history books.

The Grid1.tv team visited the Porsche Museum in Stuttgart, Germany to take a closer look at the motorsport technology 'under the hood' of this world-beating car.
